Fantasy has always been the red thread through my career. As a child I wanted to be a painter but my father said: “Son, you can’t earn a living making paintings”.
So I chose to study art photography instead and let my creativity run free making all kinds of freaky sets in which I photographed my models.
Afterwards I manually edited the pictures with airbrush and pencils to give my work a special look.
A few years ago I found a new passion; making creations out of leather. Handmade original leather masks helmets and costumes that fit perfectly in my portraits. Sodon’t expect sugar coated photography but let me surprise you with a melancholic atmosphere with a dark edge. By combining handmade leather craft with digital photography I bring alive the fantasy figures that haunt my darkest dreams!
